Residence Laffite is a single-family home built in Brossard, in a recent typical suburban neighbourhood.  The owners, a couple and their two young children, wished to expand and reorganize their ground-floor in order to better reflect their life-style, specifically to be able to host comfortably many friends and family members.

We approached this project by creating a large, welcoming, open-concept kitchen, strategically placed at the center of the home.  Special attention was taking in order allow for a view of the terrasse, the garden and the inground pool by adding a glass wall, a staircase and a bench.
