Residence Érables

Residence Érable is a single-family home built in 1944.  The owner, a young professional, wished to redesign the space to remedy the lack of natural light and interior design inconsistencies.

We approached this project by harmonizing the existing and the expansion, incorporating natural light and connecting the three floors by opening up rooms and creating a double height.
