Our attentiveness, our technical skills, and our desire to create a project suited to your particular lifestyle result in unexpected and unique places.

INFORM makes habitats where it’s easier to live well.

Our services are varied and include (but are not limited to) environmental analysis, architectural conception, permit application, urban design, documents for construction, feasibility study, budget planning and construction site surveillance.

Team

INFORM is a cordial architecture studio based in Montreal since 2017.  With a team trained in architecture, design, urbanism and new technologies, our firm is highlighted by our sensitivity and dynamic architectural approach et by the quality of our work.  Specializing in housing, INFORM designs living spaces at all scales.

DAVID GRENIER

Cofounding associate, architect MOAQ

David is an architect and manager who takes the time to listen to all parties involved in projects.  Particularly resourceful, he combines his prior experience in computer sciences with his passion for architecture in order to come up with innovative methods such as 3D printing, Building Information Modeling tools and parametric design.  This architectural approach that he has been developing for more than 10 years brings considerable added value to all projects he works on.  David has notably contributed to the conception of several award-winning projects.   INFORM c’est l’habitat où il fait bon-vivre.

Jonathan Tremblay

Cofounding associate, M. Arch.

Of quiet strength, Jonathan is rigorous and creative in his work.  Having obtained a masters and a technical degree in architecture, he has more than 15 years professional experience in management, design and implementation of residential and institutional projects as well as having experience in urban strategic development.  His architectural approach stands out with his marked interest in people, especially the users and how the space is used.

Melania Grozdanokska

M. Arch.

Wanting to optimize the projects she works on, Melania stands out for her curiosity.  Educated at the prestigious Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago (IIT), she has more than 5 years of experience in research and architectural practice.  Her expertise and her interest for the reimagining of traditional housing brings forth an original working method, questioning norms in order to come up with inventive solutions.

Amélie Tremblay

M. Arch.

Amélie is both a unifying and enthusiastic resource to her colleagues and clients.  She is very involved in the studio and enjoys organizing the team’s social events.  Having studied in Montreal and the French Alps, she specialized in urban spaces and commuting at the Laboratoire d’étude de l’Architecture potentielle (LEAP – Projet CoLLaboratoire of Activating Multi-Modal Mobility).  More recently, she is particularly interested in the relationship between architecture and landscape.

Laurence Massicotte

M. Arch.

Appreciating field work and working with her hands, Laurence worked in lighting design and community development projects in Haiti before completing her master’s degree in architecture at Carleton (Ottawa).  Previously an architectural model maker, she has an eye for issues related to materiality, layout and lighting in projects.  She is particularly interested in the relationship between sustainable development, buildings and their users.

Sébastien Beauregard

M. Arch. II

Curious and passionate, Sébastien cultivates his architectural practice by globetrotting.  After living in Barcelona, Santiago, Toronto and Paris, he is back in Montreal with a collaborative attitude, enthusiasm and international architectural inspiration.  Interested in the potential social and environmental aspects of construction, he likes to challenge preconceptions and modus operandi of the architectural community.

Gabrielle Fyfe

M. Arch.

Gabrielle is passionate about communication and publishing updates about the studio.  Having previously attained an interior designer technical degree, she has also obtained her master’s degree in architecture at Université de Montréal.  She's now teaching interior design part time at college. Gabrielle pays particular attention to the quality of the interior layout in accordance with each client’s specific needs.

Audrey-Anne Pouliot

Architectural technician

Attentive and eager to always learn more, Audrey-Anne began her career in architecture with the Architecture Inform team after completing the architectural technology program at CEGEP du Vieux Montréal. She is interested in the responsibility of architectural professionals towards society through the constant search for the most up-to-date sustainable construction methods. Its sensitive approach places the human and social aspect at the center of its values for the benefit of the common good and the quality of life.
